The CNR diesel fuel indices for local and regional transport published in this section describe the evolution of diesel fuel prices purchased by local and regional transport companies in the overseas departments and regions (DROM). They correspond to the maximum prices for road diesel fuel as published in monthly prefectural decrees, excluding any recoverable taxes and net of partial reimbursement of specific fuel taxes.
These prices are converted into indices with a base of 100 set in January 2021.

In accordance with article 17 of the dDecree No. 2022-423 of 25 March 2022For the purposes of Article L. 3222-1 of the Transport Code, the fuel cost applicable to road freight transport (RFT) is calculated without including the subsidy rate.

For the purposes of Article L. 3222-2 of the Transport Code, fuel costs and fuel prices and indices (usable in TRM) published by the National Road Committee are determined without including the aid tariff until 31 December 2022.

The pump prices displayed by the DGEC on its website include the subsidy since 1 April 2022. These prices are adjusted by the CNR until 31 December 2022, when they are published on its website, in accordance with the regulations in force.

By decision of the Council of State on December 8, 2022, Article 17 of Decree No. 2022-423 of March 25, 2022, relating to exceptional assistance for the purchase of fuel, is repealed. This repeal takes effect on January 1, 2023, without retroactive effect.
