Useful information

A country in Central Europe, Czechia (formerly Czech Republic) has 10 million inhabitants. Independent since its "friendly" separation from Slovakia in 1993, the country becomes a member of the European Union in 2004, at the same moment as other neighboring Visegrad group countries. Czechia is not a member of Eurozone. Its RFT sector, internationally very active, profits from its dynamic manufacturing sector and the German market in its vicinity.

Czechia is part of the European program of CNR. The first study on its RFT sector was carried out in 2010.
