Other Eastern European flags followed Poland's example. Conversely, Western flags made progress, reversing the trend observed over the past fifteen years. Spain, France and Italy are doing well thanks to strong increases in their domestic activity. The Spanish flag is also succeeding internationally with +5.8% in %, particularly in bilateral activity.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\">Growth in domestic activity, all flags combined, is slowing down, with +2.0% in 2018 compared to +3.6% in 2017, while international road haulage is suffering with -2.8%. All sub-categories of international road haulage are affected.
