Le Comit\u00e9 National Routier (ci-apr\u00e8s le \u00ab\u00a0CNR\u00a0\u00bb) est un comit\u00e9 professionnel de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique dont les missions sont principalement l\u2019observation et le suivi des aspects \u00e9conomiques du march\u00e9 du transport routier de marchandises et du march\u00e9 du transport routier collectif de personnes (hors transports urbains et suburbains de personnes), notamment \u00e0 travers l\u2019analyse des co\u00fbts, la r\u00e9alisation et la diffusion de travaux de recherche et d\u2019\u00e9tudes portant sur lesdits march\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le CNR met \u00e0 disposition des Utilisateurs le pr\u00e9sent Site Internet, accessible \u00e0 l\u2019adresse https:\/\/www.cnr.fr<\/a>, dont les conditions d\u2019acc\u00e8s et d\u2019utilisation sont r\u00e9gies par les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales d\u2019Utilisation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

1.1.<\/strong> Les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales d\u2019Utilisation ont pour objet de d\u00e9finir les modalit\u00e9s et conditions d\u2019utilisation du Site et des Services disponibles sur le Site que le CNR met \u00e0 disposition des Utilisateurs, ainsi que les relations entre le CNR et les Utilisateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Browsing on the Site automatically entails the User's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTCU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The applicable GTCU are those in force at the time of each navigation of the User to the Site. Consequently, the User is invited to read the Terms and Conditions of Use each time he visits the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These GTCUs can be modified at any time by the CNR as necessary. In this case, the User acknowledges that his use of the Site after modification of the GTCUs will automatically imply acceptance of the GTCUs thus modified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2.<\/strong>\u00a0If a User uses the Site on behalf of an entity (e.g., association, company, foundation), he guarantees that he holds all the necessary authorizations to accept the GTCU on behalf of the entity for which he uses the Site.
